General Information

A collective Investment Scheme (CIS) involves the collection of funds from individuals investors for investment. This can take the form of equities, bonds, commodities, futures etc. One of the main advantages for the individual investor is the creation of a fund large enough to facilitate diversification. Other advantages include the spread of risk and the benefit of ongoing services of a professional fund manager.
